Lancaster Farm Fresh: Week 3

I know, I know.  I took such a terribly long hiatus, without even telling you.  I'm so sorry.  My schedule changed some in these past few weeks, and it's taken me a while to catch up with everything.  Hopefully, I should be able to update this blog on a regular basis, but for now, bear with me as I'm about to blitz you with 3 weeks' worth of updates.

1 Bag Spinach from Elm Tree Organics
1 Bunch Red Scallions from Sweetaire Farm

1 Bunch Easter Egg Radishes from Windy Hollow Orgnaics

I won't bore you with all the details of what I made with each of the veggies, although I did take a picture of one of the dishes I made.  Since pictures are worth a thousand words, take a gander.

It's a version of cold Japanese soba noodles, with blanched spinach, blanched turnip and radish greens, and sliced radish and green onions from our share.  It made a lovely summer supper.
